Refund policy

We want you and your child to love Tovuli. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@tovuli.com with your order number. We'll confirm your eligibility and provide instructions, including the return address, for sending the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If your Tovuli arrives damaged or with a fault, contact us at contact@tovuli.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once used beyond inspection, or if original packaging or accessories are missing. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@tovuli.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
